Refund Policy

1. Overview

1.1At One23 Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that there maybe circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and processes for obtaining a refund for our online courses.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Course Cancellation by Us
If the course is cancelled by the organization due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment, students will be eligible for a full refund.
2.2 Withdrawal Before Course Start
Students who withdraw from the course before the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 4% on course amount.
2.3 Withdrawal After Course Start
Refund requests made after the course has started are subject to the following conditions:
Within the first week: Students are eligible for a 80% refund of the total course fee.
After the first week: No refunds will be issued
2.4 Special Circumstances
Refunds for special circumstances are not allowed but we help you to switch a batch (such as medical emergencies or other serious issues) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Students must provide appropriate documentation to support their claims.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Registration fees
Materials or software fees, if any

4. Refund Process

4.1 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, students must:
Contact our customer support by our chat system within the eligible refund period as outlined in the course-specific terms.
Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., proof of extenuating circumstances or payment issues).
Ensure that the refund request is made before any deadlines specified by One23 Academy. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds.
For Flexi Pay their is no refund once the classes are started.
4.2 Processing Time
Upon receiving a valid refund request, One23 Academy will review and process the request within 4–7 business days.
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution’s policies.
In the case of any delays, students will be notified regarding the updated timeline.
4.3Notification
Students will receive an email notification once their refund request has been processed.
If the refund request is approved, the email will confirm the refund amount and expected timeframe for the funds to appear in the student's account.
If the refund request is denied, the email will include a detailed explanation for the denial and any further steps that can be taken if applicable (e.g., submission of additional information or re-evaluation).
4.4Non-Refundable Items
The registration fee and any taxes or processing fees associated with the course are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the course policy.

5. Payment Failure

a.In the event of a payment failure, where the payment transaction is unsuccessful or cannot be processed, we will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly.
b.Upon identification of a payment failure, we will initiate an automatic refund process within 3-5 business days to return the funds to the original payment method used for the transaction.
c.It is important to note that while we strive to process refunds promptly, the actual time frame for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the policies and processing times of the respective financial institutions involved.
d.We will notify you via email or any other designated communication method once the refund has been initiated. Please ensure that the contact information provided during the payment process is accurate and up to date.
e.If, for any reason, you have not received the refund within a reasonable timeframe or have any concerns regarding the refund process, we kindly request that you reach out to our customer support team. We will investigate the matter promptly and provide you with the necessary assistance.
f.Please note that this refund policy applies solely to payment failures and does not cover refunds for products or services that have already been delivered or provided. For such cases, please refer to our separate refund or cancellation policies specific to the respective product or service.
g.We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at our discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you through appropriate channels or by updating the policy on our website.
